Post workout Shake

Post Workout Shake
Your body needs protein and carbs after a hard workout!  Try this simple protein shake after hitting the gym!
Ingredients:
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
1/2 banana
1 1/2 teaspoons of Glutamine
Ice
Directions:  Mix all of the above ingredients in a blender and drink up!
