Pumpkin Protein Muffins:
(or you can use sweet potatoes)
1 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup of pumpkin or sweet potatoes
4 egg whites
Cinnamon and Pumpkin Pie spices
1 tsp. of vanilla extract
Stevia or Splenda (1 or 2 packets)
1/2 tsp. of baking powder
Blend everything together and bake at 350 degrees in a muffin pan. Enjoy!
